Terms & conditions
The basis on which we quote, repair and warrant work.
Callouts and diagnostics. A diagnostic callout fee is quoted before the booking is confirmed and is credited against the repair where you proceed with the work.
Quotes. Repair quotes are issued in writing after diagnosis. No part is ordered or fitted without your approval. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Warranty. Completed repairs carry a workmanship warranty. Replacement parts carry the supplier's warranty. Warranties exclude damage from misuse, power surges, pest damage or repairs attempted by others after our visit.
Access and safety. Safe access to the appliance, a working power supply and adequate ventilation clearance must be available at the appointment time.
Payment. Payment is due on completion unless separate account terms have been agreed in writing for commercial clients.
