Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it and how long we keep it.
Information we collect. When you call, WhatsApp, email or submit a booking we collect your name, contact number, suburb and a description of the appliance fault.
Why we collect it. Solely to quote, schedule and complete your repair, and to follow up on warranty matters relating to that repair.
Sharing. We do not sell your information. Details are shared only with the attending technician and, where a part must be ordered, the relevant spares supplier.
Retention. Job records are kept for the duration of the workmanship and part warranties, and thereafter as required for accounting purposes.
Your rights. Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@reyds.co.za.
